How Many Hours a Week Are You Exercising?

Up until my early 40s I was training over 20 hours a week and there were periods of his life as a teenager which is really when he think you lay a lot of the foundation in the muscle. For me this sweet spots about 14 I perform at my best and and feel my best at about 14 hours per week so I'm kind of under trained at the moment. "There's a season for everything and right now is not the season for me to be absolutely crushing it in every workout"
