California Is Losing Population and It's a Disfunctional State

The California governor wants to turn the state into a tourist abortion meckup. He thinks that if you're in a red state, then you would fly to l x or s oe for an abortion. The only thing i can conceive that might be different is our lunatic governor is sort of bragging that people are going to leave california.
