The Fed's Choice Between the Banking System and Inflation

Powell did exactly what everyone anticipated in America. So it was lower than some of the increases, but we're going to continue to hammer on inflation. And Powell, this is really in the US context amazing. I mean, he is actually testifying that he wants to put millions of people into unemployment in the UScontext. How does someone like Biden listen to that sort of testimony, looking at an election coming up and doing quite well? What does he think? What does his mind do there? It's a very interesting question.
