Clarissa: One of the number one things that when I start working with my clients is we look at their cycle, right? We try to determine like, are they in perimenopause or menopause? Like, where are you? Molly: Yeah, I think too, we have to remember that, you know, progesterone testosterone and ghrela and leptin contribute to hunger. And so we need to be able to be flexible with our food plan and not feel guilt and shame when things don't work out,. Clarissa: It's definitely guys, I've never had to learn so much about science in the brain. But it's definitely awesome!
