Getting Into Shape Is Hard It Sucks

With fitness classes staying consistently active building that into part of your life is going to be much easier to return to more structured training than going from 0 to 100 object in motion stays in motion and this leads me to my final conclusion my final lesson in reflection. I don't think that we're doing any ourselves a disservice by acknowledging the reality of being in that spot it sucks. It's really hard not to compare yourself with today with where you were previously and say how did I do those things will I ever get back there? We'll do it together. You can beat yourself up or like blame yourself right what did I just talk about the beginning of the episode stop blaming yourself it's not
