How to Deal With a Toxic Person

I think anyone who's normal and not a psychopath Really doesn't like it when people have a bad opinion of us. So often what will happen is when you get in such a big fight with a toxic person They will try and spin it so fucking hard that it was all your fault. For me there were times where things with my psycho ex had pretty much ended but I would go crawling back to him being like No, let's sort this out. Let's fix this. And then what would happen we'd then You pretty much was me apologizing at the end of the day and we'd get back together and that was that. That's them never taking ownership over anything Putting all the blame
