No life is without challenge and suffering. That's just the truth of being alive. The Buddhists said that 2,500 years ago. We know this to be true. On the one hand, we can sell each other the myth that some people have it all figured out and they have perfect lives. And I'm the only one who doesn't. But what our book does and what our work, our published papers do is they say, this is how life really is for most people.
