How to Prepare for a Chess Talk

The more you do it the less anxiety there will be and you can calm down and focus on your game. I always remember Boris said someone used to like chocolate maybe it was smiz love or tall or something like that so I always bring chocolate with me in the two hours into the game I have a piece of chocolate. Having a routine reduces anxiety about um all those things that I was just talking about. You go to the same coffee shop get the same coffee you have you already have your let's say you're playing a real four-hour game orsomething like thatyou might need some kind of mid-game snack of some kind.
