Acquisitions Need Internal Sponsorship
To get done, it needs internal sponsorship. You're not just handing it off to your mnle that. You're actively tracking the stuff yourself and keeping those relationships with c os of potential companies he could acquire ultimately for an m and a deal. One of us has to grab the acquisition and say, look, i'm in a sponsorate. Im going to commit to a go to market number for it. And unless that happens, acquisitions don't really move forward. When you acquire these companies, are you trying to keep the sa o, how do you then send advice then to stick around?
