Are You Going to Dismantle Net Neutrality?

In a technologically complex society, you need institutions because to get through your day without making a fatal error. The only way you can do that is to have some process whereby people who have different views - sometimes those differences are parochial -- must be aired in front of experts. And even if you don't know what's going on inside this box where the deliberation takes place, you can look at the box and tell whether it's square and has good corners. You can say this looks like an honest process. It's not something we can rely on. We can all look at the system and say it's rotten. If it's rotten, you can't trust it.
