The Effects of Public Versus Private Photos on Leaders Traits
The professional photos had a positive effect on impressions of the personal character for t leaders. So the leaders were seen as more warm, nice, sympathetic, friendly when you had watched the professional images. But the same thing wasn't found for the male leader. They only enhanced the radings of a personal character for the female leader so she was seen as more down to earth, sympathetic and warm. The private photos did not impact competence rading - this is as expected bute.
