Is There a Way to Tell Employers That This Person Is Hard Working?

When i hire people from the ivy league, I can be guaranteed that they're pretty smart and hard working. And if someone could come up with a way to tell employers that this person is not just smart and hardworking, but they actually know substance stuff, i think that those people are going to flourish. They're going o get hired by some of the biggest and best companies. A lot of corporations are afraid to say because everything becomes a drama about things going on within the organization. Given this is unsustainable, it won't be sustained.
