Are You a Candidate for Pardon?

We're asking the governor to modify his sentences to a term of years, forty years in each case. In arkansas, at the time he was convicted, he'd be parole eligible at 70%. So that's 28 years. That is ju what it means, parole eligibility. We think his institutional record speaks for itself. And if and when he is a candidate for parole, he, hopefully, a will make parole. If this fails, we will seek additional post conviction remedies.
