How to Align Different Departments
In larger organizations like ours, it's important to have lateral alignment between several teams so that they could collaborate well. It can also be with the analytics department to early on, you know, provide them with the necessary things so they can build the dashboards we want at the end and so on. And I find it important that everybody on the team, no matter what, whether the designers or developers or QA, they know why we're doing something and how we will measure success. So this is an early investment of time, but it pays off.
