Is There a War on Talent?

There is a major issue in the market right now. The people that work in these rolls are overworked, underpaid and burnt out. And so what i'm sharing here, for both the employee and employer, is that something in this dynamic needs to change. Most marketers at some point, especially early in their career, think that they want to be a c m o. Is it to start your own business? Is it to have a bunch of work like balance and be able to do a bunch of different things on the side? Any of them are great. It's just which one matters h most to you right now, and that it can change over time.
