Give Yourself a Break for Wanting to Be Perfect

"It is totally normal and typical for an eight month old who's starting to crawl and pull themselves up to now not want to nap," she says. "A lot of the things that we're striving to be perfect in are not really that influential." Give yourself a break, but eventually getting to a place where you don't fix it on the minutiae so that you can relax will be more helpful than fixing everything perfectly at once.
