You can submit those questions one of two ways the first way is guys email those questions and to ask Andy at Andy for seller.com and the second way is that now that we're on YouTube go on the Q and AF episode and drop your question in the comments section  and we'll pick some from there as well. Other times we have real talk real talk just five to twenty minutes of real talk that I think needs to be said and then other times we have full length full length like what you've been seeing on everybody else's podcast forever. So that's the show that's how we do it.
