The common thread in both of these examples from CDW and from LinkedIn is a deep empathy with salespeople. You want to use words and phrases that your sales team will actually say. If you aren't comfortable, if I actually throw you into a room and have you present this to the customer and all of a sudden you're completely changing your talk track, you're not comfortable saying some of these statements. Like this has to resonate. Let's not try to be overly clever. Let's be plain and demonstrate value. And that's actually going to get a better result.
