Is Worcester a Good Place to Buy a Property?

We own the home we're in and have an investment property a few miles away. The thought is buy a property and convert it to an air be an b, then use it throughout the year when we're in mass. Can you do a quick air b and b search first week of august? Worcester, mass? S available there? I think i will jump in here and say, you should not be thinking about worester. That's the oly reason i ever go there.
