The Unlikable Maniac

I had the same fear going into this that I had in early days of Sonny where I was like, he's going to be so unlikable that you're not. But here's the thing about likability. You do need to be rooting for this guy. And yet, he has to be so ruthless and you did hit the nail on the head. The main thing is he is incredibly competitive. To follow it destroys him. Yes, it destroys him but he had to be in order to build that company the way that he did. He wasn't really the reason his BlackBerry failed. No, there was a visionary who didn't see that there was a better vision out there.
