I remember reading Carola Miso's book, Anatomy of the Spirit about 20 years ago. And she essentially said the same thing that you got to listen to the body, you got to communicate with the illness, with the disease and it will share information to that person. A lot of times they carry different wisdom and sometimes they activate your DNA. So not, you know, having an illness or if you get sick is not bad. It's not a bad thing if you understand to kind of accept it and look at it in different perspective. This is a teaching tool, basically.
