Graphic Design at Cranbrook
Cranbrook's design program historically was very focused on industrial design with the influence of the Eames. There were only two graduates pre-1971 in graphic design that then went into the field, Steve Frickholm and John Berry. The department had kind of devolved into two part-time teachers whose salaries were paid by General Motors.
