The Paradox of Happiness

I don't think somehow that happiness is something totally separate from the amount of pleasure we experienced. And I would not put all pleasures on an equal level either. So obviously some can be self-destructive and so on and so forth. But my major point to go back to my original point was that we should be very careful and cautious when constructing grand philosophical theories of happiness.
