Why Colleges Are Getting More Expensive Every Year
Cost disease is the observation that certain sub-sectors of goods and services tend to get more expensive every year. For real estate, I don't think there's any boundless cost of these as they are at all, because the cost of building a house has stayed about the same. The price of land isn't inflating; it's just straight up positional scarcity. But most of it's like how governments and bureaucracies work right? They just got to become more cost-leading views in an effort to be covered via other means.
