The Downsides of Twitter Engagement
I had the same kind of perception of just, you know, social media in general. As soon as I got on Real Estate Twitter, I just was like obsessed with it in a sense. The dopamine hits from going viral on Twitter are serious and it's really hard to balance. You don't have to take it to my level to get a lot of value out of Twitter,. But people who also say like Nick got 300,000 followers on Twitter because he's the self storage guy is simply not true.
