Trent: The tone is what's challenging for me because a sign of a great salesperson that correlates to a leader, they're able to teach a scalable process. So I'm trying to speak like I'm speaking with a friend in a way, but almost just keep it professional in a way. "I wish I had a more articulate way of saying you want to use an upward inflection at this point in the thing and then downward inflection there," he says.
