How to Get Someone to Realize They're Avoidant
If I've got a complaint or criticism, how can I figure out what the desire is that's underneath that or the unmet need? The criticism might be, we never hang out anymore. Someone's much less likely to receive that as blaming if they flip it into something more invitational and that almost feels like a compliment.
