The Importance of Movement Balance in Menopause
I think for some women it's actually all about movement and that's what they need to thrive. For others it is food or weight so then having that dialogue of okay what can we do to support you to set you up to succeed. I'm really surprised how many people say well I used to run regularly but now I just don't have the motivation because I'm too tired. It's a lot of perimenopausal and menopausal women who really desperate to get out of this cycle but they don't know where to start. You know just for them talking about it and realising they're not alone is a start of a really important journey isn't it?
