The Disagreement Between Learning Outcomes and Quality
There was a general consensus that we need to move from this single focus on enrollment and next reason completion. But then there was a bit of a cleavage or division in between those that prioritizing learning outcomes as a new measure. Another consequence is that paying too much attention to learning outcomes would narrow down the agenda in the center. This was again a kind of a debate that terminated all the SDC for negotiation.
