Cuban Oil Storage Tank Explosion - What's Next?
There was a lightning strike on friday that hit an oil storage tank in the cuban city of matanzas, it ignited. Over a thousand people were injured in the blast. Cuba declared an emergency and called in help from mexico and venezuela. Now there is a russian tanker carrying cred that's expected at matanzas this week,. But the terminal there is off line, obviously. And it's the only port that can handle such large tankers.
