What Kinds of Analysis Are You Doing on the Psalms?
Each psalm really is a masterpiece of hebrew poetry, which means there is fruitful analysis to be done from many prospectives at many layers. We start with the grammatical layer and grapple with how the author arranges the poetic lines according to parts of speech and basic sintex. And then we look at the discourse features in another layer, and poetic features like sound play. For every one of these layers, we're not just analyzing raw data, but again, we're trying to create clear visualizations so others can easily grasp our conclusions.
