Am hotdocken has been in business for just over a decade. The company is one of the most successful tech start-ups in recent years. It was recently bought by private equity firm TPG, which will take it to more than $100 million this year. Am says that its investors are 'really nice people' who see their investment as an opportunity and not something they'll get back if things go wrong.
