Robby o'connor hadn't suggested that he was needing protective custody, hadn't requested it. It is being investigated whether associates of that individual basically either paid or got these other guys to do this for a debt,. Because of a debt that was owed, or or for various different reasons. But there's a number of other motives that are being investigated in relation to what happened.
