Lek: I don't know of any litigation that occurred as a result of this incident. The airplane was misloaded to produce a more aft center of gravity and correspondingly incorrect stabilizer settings which precipitated an extreme pitch up at rotation. Did they, did they break it down, or do we know? Lek said, i don't think it's o i don't Think the entsbe typically does that.
