The Imperialism of Korea

In November 1905, Ito Hirobumi arrives in occupied Korea and demands a protectorate treaty. Emperor Ko-jong says no, but his cabinet steals his seal and signs on his behalf. So he's pretty much pushed out all the way. The Japanese model, as I promised to tell you, is actually the British in Egypt. But I'll tell you more about who they model their occupation after in about two minutes.
