How to Start a Low Cost Pilot for Your Product
The investment is actually not that high so if you're an entrepreneur your product or a suite of products which you think can go global. All you need within your own team for the first phase and for long term is having one spark almost who's designated to this pilot these experiment whatever you want to call it. And I think that's all you need because that person can then work with all the enablers out there to be able to do a low cost pilot. The only cost you'll have is in terms of the inventory that you need to block the opportunity cost around it.
