Dr. White: I would like to say institutionalizing some sort of paradigm shift that implements the ABCs, right? So acceptance, belongingness and then communicative community. An example of that is actually happening right here at the University of Memphis. We have a women's plus mentorship network in which individuals across our university come together for different professionalized activities. And so as we're navigating some of these more challenging and difficult spaces, we are able to kind of come up with some solutions," she says.
