The Word of the Lord Addresses the Weary
Pope Francis: I have never encountered a kind of ecclesial weariness like unto the ecclesialweariness, which I have encountered here. St. John Paul II called for a new evangelization specifically addressed to those who are weary of it and maybe antipathetic towards it. In this suffering servant song of Isaiah, we have Israel, of course, but fulfilled in Christ. We find a disagreement about what to do and what is done with tongues,. It's a sort of tongue battle.
