The Importance of Good Tipping

I know that here in the United States, people are used to tipping when they go to a restaurant. We're tipping almost everywhere we go from dry cleaners to delis, to grocery stores. It's a little bit overwhelming here in this country. I'm always satisfied and happy with 20%. I never expect more than that. Anything above it, I'm grateful for and anything that's under 20% I'm going to just chalk it up to a bad experience for both of us and just focus on the next one.
