The Importance of Reflection

You talk about how the act of reflection needs to become a reflex, and that founders and all leaders need to learn to reflect. And i wasn't expecting it to be so so philosophical and and self reflective. You know, two two things come to mind. One is that if you're a leader, i just spoke to one of my clients two weeks ago, and she said to me, i knew that the start up was going to have ups and downs,.
