How Did You Find Your Beads?

i was raised catholic, and so i have a meditating jesus right by my bed. And i'm going to do a silent retreat next week with saint francis of assisi. I didn't think there were any answers in christianity until the end of my search. You don't stop filling it while you're scrolling through insigrima. Everybod is talking about this: "You can fill that presence, that peace"
