The Universe Is Fine Tuned for Black Holes

There's so much black holes in the universe, it seems the universe is fine tuned for black hole. But then to have any kind of argument for anything, you would have to have another hyp thesis under which it wasn't unlikely it would be fine tune for black holes. So they'd have to fill in just the equivalent of the actual fine tuning argument. They'd have to argue that an all good god, that there's some great good realized by ther being black holes andhence we conclude that god designed the universe for black hol r whatever their other explanation may be.
