The two singles debuted on the charts literally a week apart in March of 1991. The Peace Choir single petered out at number 54 and was off the Hot 100 in a month. A January 1992 Simpsons episode titled Radio Bart took dead aim. Sting cameoed alongside crusty the clown on the imagined benefit single we are sending our love down the well.
