He says without resurrection, all we really have is outrage, outrage, avoidance, numbing, exhaustion, compulsion, fear, and hopelessness. LZ: God wants to make us a people who are buoyant; no matter what comes at us, no matter what pushes us down, we just come back. If you can't believe that Jesus' true future for humanity is bright, why don't you want it? he asks.
