Is It Possible to Make a Resilient Food on Mars?

It's a bit like organic chemistry going onand you'd have to figure ow to do this on on a pretty big scale while, like, keeping it safe enough to be edible. And and our preliminary estimate was to get all the calories for a day was two dollars. But the main value is that it's fat, because many of these other rasilient foods don't have very much fat in them. By the end of the first year, we think this could be scaled up to about half the global requirements for fat.
