What Is the Difference Between Event Tracking and Behavioral Data?
Tilbury: Behavioral data is a subset of that data creation problem. And the way that you're describing it, it also comes off as being distinct from the event tracking approach in Google Analytics. Tilbury: You end up with this, what I call a behavioral profile of an entity and like the behavioral profile could be Tobias's house or Tobias's company. So there's also we have relationships between, you know, buyer groups or like purchasing groups. But I've been to stitch all those things together for product optimization.

Summary
A lot of the work that goes into data engineering is trying to make sense of the "data exhaust" from other applications and services. There is an undeniable amount of value and utility in that information, but it also introduces significant cost and time requirements.
