I think for a lot of people, it's with the understanding that they need to eat less often to be able to better stabilize their blood sugar. My total go to is high quality beef jerky and salted macadamia nuts. I definitely like apples. Although sometimes they can get bruised when I'm traveling or even like a clementine. You know, I love I love salty things. Sometimes I'll pack olives, something that's got a little bit of fat, but always looking for a little bit Of protein with that are typically hard boiled eggs.
