At Fellowship City, we're trying to promote this idea of team. Some people get paid and other people don't. In fact other people might pay to be on staff. We kind of have a mentality that we are one team working together. And I think especially with the volunteer staff, everybody else that sits in the seats on a Sunday, it is a paradigm shift.
