The Struggle to Level BCD
I think a lot of people are spending time with on the fly training and on the fly corrections around things that could be codified. And then I think for the individuals when you're first coming in, if you had a bit more of a playbook, you could get to level BCD a bit quicker. But there's more things that are, I guess, becoming expected of people as baseline knowledge that we need to catch up on.
