i think sometimes they can on too much stress, and it can affect them physically. And so they can do the dirty job that no one else wants to do or has the strength or courage to do,. But many times that hurts their career paths right after. Sometimes i've seen a cates doing that job, and then when everythingse was ok, they were sent to do that same job in another company. So that that is a little sad! Unless the aid is really an ego and will be happy with that, that won't add to thes self development right right exactly.
